- Backlink services (Do-Follow / No-Follow based on selected package)
- Editorial review, editing, and publishing services
Since all services are digital in nature, physical returns are not applicable.
2. No Return Policy
Glob Gyan does not offer any return policy for digital services. Once a service or package is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, resold, or transferred to any other person or website.
3. Refund Policy (Strict & Conditional)
All payments made to Glob Gyan are non-refundable, except in the limited scenario defined below.
A refund will be issued ONLY IF:
- Payment is successfully completed AND
- Glob Gyan fails to place the agreed backlink or publish the agreed content on the selected website AND
- The failure is 100% due to Glob Gyan’s fault
Refunds will be processed after internal verification.
Refund Mode & Deductions
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed only to the original payment method used by the customer.
- Any platform fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, or transaction-related costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The final refunded amount may be less than the original payment due to these deductions.
No refund will be provided if:
- The backlink or content is successfully published
- Publication is delayed but eventually completed
- The issue arises due to user-side error or incorrect information
- Policy violations
- Failure to submit content or revisions on time
- Third-party issues
- Payment gateway failure or banking delay
- Any technical glitch not caused by Glob Gyan
4. Content Rejection, Review & Refund Clause
All submitted content undergoes editorial and quality review before publication.
No refund will be provided if content is rejected due to:
- AI-generated or primarily AI-written content
- Plagiarism (partial or full)
- Poor grammar, weak structure, or low-quality writing
- Fake, misleading, unverified, or harmful information
- Content outside accepted niches or guidelines
Special Review Note:
The final decision shall rest solely with Glob Gyan.
Pre-Publication Error & Correction Window
The client will be provided up to 7 working days to submit updated or corrected content.
Post-Publication Detection Clause
No refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided under any circumstances.
5. Service Initiation Clause
Once content review, editing, optimization, outreach, or publishing work has started, the service is considered initiated and is non-refundable.
6. Revisions & Resubmission Policy
Revisions or resubmissions are not guaranteed.
7. Backlink Duration & Link Removal Policy
Link removal does not qualify for any refund.
8. No Guarantee Clause
Glob Gyan does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, or SEO results.
9. Publishing Timelines & Delays
Delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation.
10. Payment Gateway Disclaimer
Glob Gyan is not responsible for payment gateway failures or banking delays.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from services.
12. Policy Abuse & Misuse
Misuse may result in service cancellation without refund.
13. Policy Updates
Continued use implies acceptance of the updated policy.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
